Explore the natural shadows of grief that each of us hold uniquely within. All are valid and require gentle tending.

Within the structure of a safe, intentional circle, we will practice mindfulness, meditation, sharing, reflection and yoga. Learn new tools, remember the wisdom you have within, connecting with the spirit of the Butterfly, Apanii, and transform your grief towards healing and love.

6 Week

Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Program

Each weekly 2 hour class will be facilitated by your Certified Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy guide. Read more about Jen here. This program will be offered in person at Apanii studio in Whitefish, Montana. Spaces per program are limited to keep the group intimate (max. 8 per program) and designed with attention and intention to the participants. Monetary commitment is $300.**

*Additional Programs will be continually offered on a rolling basis based on interest and response.

6 and 9 Month Yoga Therapy Program

An in depth weekly, 6or 9 month program deep dive into our relationship with grief and loss and how it presents in our lives. Each week follows an evolutionary theme, carrying us through a process through self discovery using meditation, journaling, sharing and yoga. Be seen, heard, validated and empowered in your journey and experience the transformative power of healing in community. Class duration ~2 hours.
