Thrive this season! Equip yourself for the Holidays with effective, evidence-based tools to help you navigate stress, relationships, difficult emotions such as grief, and inevitable obstacles. In this class, you will learn simple practices that you can use anytime, anywhere, to help you balance your nervous system and cultivate steadiness and ease in your life.

Awakening Through Grief

6 Week

Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Program

Each weekly 2 hour class will be facilitated by your Certified Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy guide. Read more about Jen here. This program will be offered in person at Apanii studio in Whitefish, Montana. Spaces per program are limited to keep the group intimate (max. 8 per program) and designed with attention and intention to the participants. Monetary commitment is $300.**

*Additional Programs will be continually offered on a rolling basis based on interest and response.

Each week, we will use the following tools to support us in our practice of self-inquiry:

  • Guided Meditation

Throughout the 6 weeks, we will explore the following themes:

  • Presence & Body Awareness

  • Unconditional Love & Acceptance

  • Grief as a Teacher

  • Evolution of Identity Through Grief

  • The Process of Change
